Service Description

Test Locations and Booking Policy Frequent Test Locations: Port Adelaide, Firle, Park Holme, Elizabeth, and Kilkenny. Weekend Surcharge: Additional fees apply for weekend bookings. VORT Test Policy: • Vehicle On-Road Test (VORT) only. No refunds unless your requested time cannot be accommodated. • Online availability does not guarantee the spot. • Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment time. • No-Shows: Non-refundable once booked and missed. • Rescheduling: Changes to VORT dates incur a $150 fee after booking with the department.

Cancellation Policy

Advertised times are not guaranteed until confirmed. All training and testing will be conducted exclusively in the Driving School’s vehicle. Cancellations made within 4 days of the appointment are non-refundable. VORT bookings are non-refundable once scheduled, and no refunds will be provided if the appointment is missed. Changes to VORT dates after booking will incur a $150 fee. 1-Day VORT Course Conditions for Subsequent Attempts: No further attempts are allowed for free if you fail the VORT due to a road law breach or immediate fail items. Re-attempts are only permitted if you fail to achieve 90% overall while maintaining 100% on road rules. Re-tests can only be scheduled after a minimum of 14 days, subject to availability.
